a little rejection
I want to see you every time I walk down the street. I glance here and there, but quickly look back at my own two feet. I make up excuses for my vacant stare I try to focus but increasingly I find I don’t care. well I can take, a little rejection and I feel that my love goes undetected. but somewhere there’s got to be a little affection for me. I look around hoping for a sign that you’re with me. I go to bed at night, trusting that you’ll answer my plea. but a deafening silence fills the room I feel I’ve been forsaken abandoned to this deepening gloom. well I can take, a little rejection and I feel that my love goes undetected. but somewhere there’s got to be a little affection for me. all instruments and vocals glenn
